About

A small company that builds one thing, and says what it is not.

The company

hellocloudwatch is built by Great Minds AI LLC, in Flower Mound, Texas. We are a small company, and our terms say so in the place it matters — we do not offer the indemnities a large vendor does, and we point you at who does rather than hoping you do not ask.

Who it is for

A CTO at a 30-person SaaS company who currently spends four hours a month assembling a cost story for finance. Tech-comfortable, finance-literate. Spends nothing on cloud-cost platforms because every option is sized for an enterprise FinOps team that does not exist at their company yet.

It is not for Fortune 500 FinOps teams, and it is not for cloud cost power users. We will not be offended if you bounce — the alternatives page is the long version of when to pick something else, and it is written to be useful rather than to win.

The decision the product is built around

"We considered shipping a dashboard alongside, then watched ourselves never open one for three months." So we cut it. The home of the product is a conversation and a report; the report is the artifact that survives the conversation.

What we are deliberately not building

There is a section on the home page listing what this product does not do — no ingest pipeline, no chart-builder, no streaks or nudges, and nothing that writes to your cloud. It is there because you are not in the market for another platform, and because the fastest way to waste your afternoon is to find that out after you have connected something. Read it before you connect anything.

Talking to us

The contact form reaches a person, and hard questions get a real reply. Anything security-related goes to security@hellocloudwatch.com, which is the same address our security page and our published disclosure policy carry.
