Terms of use.
hellocloudwatch is an agent that reads your cloud and vendor billing data through the narrowest credential each vendor issues — read-only wherever the vendor offers a read-only credential. It writes monthly cost reports, explains variances, and answers questions about your spend. We never call a write endpoint against your cloud or vendor accounts, and we never modify your cloud.
You register with a work email. Authentication runs through Firebase, including Google and Microsoft sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for anyone you invite into your workspace. The service is for professional use; you confirm you are at least 18.
We offer a Free plan and two paid plans, Starter and Pro, billed monthly through Stripe. Free requires no card. Free has no time limit. A paid plan begins only when you choose one at checkout and add a card. All charges are non-refundable. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase.
You can cancel at any time from the account page. Paid features stay available until the end of the current billing cycle. If a subscription lapses without payment, the workspace is first suspended (observations stop and chat becomes read-only against your existing history) and, if it stays unpaid, it then enters the deletion process described in our privacy notice.
You own everything you put into hellocloudwatch — credentials, business-context mappings, and the cost data we read on your behalf. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it for the sole purpose of running the service for you and the people you invite.
We do not use any of it to train AI models.
When you delete your account or disconnect a cloud, your credentials are removed immediately. Your other data follows the retention and deletion schedule set out in our privacy notice, including the window during which a deletion can still be reversed.
The agent's reports, variance summaries, and chat answers are generated by a foundation model running on Azure OpenAI. Foundation models can produce inaccurate or invented content. Please verify important facts as the agent can make mistakes. hellocloudwatch is not responsible for inaccuracies in generated content, or for decisions made on the basis of it; verify cost analysis before acting on it.
The service accesses your cloud billing data through the narrowest credential each vendor issues, read-only where the vendor offers one. We do not claim ownership of your billing data, and we never change your cloud configuration.
You agree not to:
- Use the service to analyze cloud costs for illegal purposes.
- Reverse engineer the service or attempt to access our underlying prompts or backend APIs.
- Upload viruses, malware, or prohibited content.
- Share credentials scoped more broadly than the vendor requires. Where a vendor issues nothing narrower than an organisation-wide admin key, using that key is expected — the connect form tells you so before you create one. What this rules out is granting write or administrative access when your vendor offered you something narrower.
hellocloudwatch is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it is accurate, that it will always be available, or that it is fit for a particular purpose, and we make no other warranty, express or implied, beyond what these terms say in plain words. The agent's output is generated by a language model and can be wrong; verify important figures before relying on them. Billing data reaches us on your vendors' schedule, and a figure can be restated by a vendor after we have read it.
Plain reading first: our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months. We are a small company and we do not offer enterprise-grade indemnities. If you need those, our alternatives page says where to look.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREAT MINDS AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You can stop at any time: cancel from the account page, or delete your account. We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms, including anything in the list under "What you agree not to do". Where we can, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right first. Whoever ends the agreement, your data follows the deletion schedule in our privacy notice.
The service, including its code, design, prompts, and name, belongs to Great Minds AI LLC. These terms give you the right to use it; they do not transfer any of it to you. Your data stays yours, as §4 says. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for them.
This page is dated by its last change: the "Last updated" line at the top moves whenever the text does. For material changes we will email account owners before the new terms take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. Smaller changes, such as wording and corrections, are posted here without notice.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed and the rest stands.
These terms and our privacy notice are the entire agreement between you and Great Minds AI LLC about the service. They replace any earlier discussion or description of it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denton County, Texas.
