Adding a vendor stopped being a rewrite
We rebuilt the plumbing behind the connect screen so that supporting a new billing source is one self-contained addition rather than a change spread across the app. It is not a feature you can see — it is the reason the entry above this one was possible five weeks later.

The agent writes the month up for you
At the start of each month the agent writes the story of the one that just closed — what moved, what it cost, and what it thinks caused it — without anyone asking it to. It runs on a timer, so the report is waiting when you look.
